All orders originate from NL. We regularly take orders from all over the world.
We ship all orders with our special undetectable packaging method: vacuum + anti-dog spray + mylar bag + secret decoy.
If you are spending more than EUR 200.00, we recommend UPS Express shipping – this will get your goods to you as quickly and safely as possible.


Postage Services

Untracked Post:

  • Delivery is NOT guaranteed
  • EU orders take 2-6 working days to arrive
  • Non-EU orders take an average of 7-12 working days to arrive
  • No insurance is provided, and therefore no re-ships are offered with this method. As always, if you are concerned, then you need to select a tracked or insured method. If you select this shipping method and your order does not arrive, we will not re-ship the order. You MUST select an alternative shipping option if you are concerned about orders going missing in the post.

General Shipping Information

Delivery Timescales - Most services should arrive within 2 working days to most countries in the EU. This timeframe is subject to change over Christmas, Easter, and peak shopping periods, and we take no responsibility for delays caused by extreme weather conditions.

Tracking details – If a tracking number is available, this will be provided to you on Order Tracking screen.

Re-shipping of lost orders – At least one single re-ship of an order is available, provided that you have chosen a tracked option. We make no exceptions to this rule, so it is vital that you choose a tracked method of shipping if you want full peace of mind. If you choose an untracked method, then we will not re-ship the order. It's that simple. We will re-ship your order after 14 working days for EU destinations and after 28 working days for all other destinations.
